About Me
I am a Supervised Marriage and Family Therapist, receiving my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in 2024. I have my B.A. in Psychology from Saint Louis University. Having interned at the Center for Child Counseling in Boca Raton Florida, I have gained great experience working with children and their families, as well as in their school
settings. At the Brief Therapy Institute at Nova Southeastern University, I worked with families, couples, individuals, and groups, gaining great experience in different relational systems.
In addition to this, I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, attachment concerns, communication concerns, and self-exploration. My approaches include family therapy, child therapy, couple therapy, group therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and brief solution focused-therapy. My passion is for helping people heal from the pain of loss and recover from the sadness, isolation, and shock of grief.
I was attracted to this field because I value relationships. Whether the relationship is with ourselves, partners, friends, families, etc., all deserve the attention and care that you believe they do.

Treatment Philosophy
In such a fast-pace world today, I know it can be difficult to remember to prioritize yourself and your relationships. At Healing Reflections Therapy, I hold space for my clients to come as they are free of judgments, always accepting of everyone. I meet my clients where they are in that moment. I maintain a supportive, gentle, and curious approach. I work well with kids and couples experiencing high levels of distress.
I know that finding a therapist that works for you is no easy feat. With communication in the therapy room, I discover what is working for my clients and what is not. I trust that my clients know and understand themselves best, but maybe need help figuring that out. I do not hold the role of the expert, but work to empower my clients to find their strengths and their voice be the experts on themselves. I work alongside my clients and am constantly learning and growing with them.
I am passionate about this field and helping others better their lives as I value and respect the individual needs of each unique person and believe everyone deserves to feel important and valued like they are.
