Meet Countess Elvira!

Elvira is the most recent addition to our practice. She is a 4 year old basset hound, registered with the American Kennel Club who recently completed her Therapy Dog Training. She is a Certified Canine Good Citizen and loves people. She gets that we all have hard days. Her favorite thing is to curl up next to clients with her head on the pillows so she can be petted while they get therapy and can be soothed by her calming presence, ensuring a safe place to say all the hard things that need to be said. Sometimes she will curl up into people's laps and want to stare into their eyes while she gets petted on her long, soft ears.  She is an occasionally drooly love muffin who understands the need for love and support.
