About Me:

I am a recent graduate of National University in their marriage and family therapy program working toward licensure. I have a background of working with families in a various settings including foster care, school settings and working with families experiencing highly stressful situations/hospitalizations. My specialty is serving LGBTQIA+ families and children; however, this is not the only type of family I am able to serve. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am  working under the supervision of Megan Garza, MA, LMFT license #2011011850 MO.

I see clients in the afternoons and evenings, both virtually and in-person at our office in South City St. Louis. I am currently accepting new clients and can usually get them in within a week.

Treatment Philosophy

I approach therapy with intersectionality and diversity in the forefront of my mind. The therapy models that I gravitate toward are solution-focused and strength-based approaches. Both of these models allow me to serve all types of families through client led sessions. I look forward to meeting with you and your family to navigate adversities together in a safe, welcoming and affirming space.

I have a lot of experience working with kids and families facing challenging life situations, chronic health issues, and related grief and welcome the opportunity to work with them in a play therapy space.
