Interesting conversation starter about how we look at drunk women.  Ever notice how men swarm around the drunk girl at the club who can barely walk at the end of the night, but aren't as interested in her friends that are holding her up? Ever notice how tv shows constantly make jokes about buying girls lots of drinks or waiting to find the girl at last call while usually the person making the comments is not drinking or is pretty sober? What messages are we sending out about consensual sex if we are waiting for someone's decision making ability to be impaired and are seeking them out? How do you define predatory behavior?
